However, the hotel advertised amenities like a pool that turned out to be under renovation. This was a major letdown, especially with kids who were looking forward to swimming.

The property is undergoing renovations, which severely limits accessibility. there’s no proper lobby, and using service elevators can be a hassle. Key amenities, like the pool, are unavailable, leading to disappointment, especially for families.

The elegant decor of the Sheraton Nashville Brentwood truly impressed me. The common areas were well-maintained, and the contemporary furnishings made it a welcoming space for all guests, especially seniors like myself, who appreciate comfort.

More accessible seating around the pool would be nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining, but it would be nice if there were more on-site dining options available during our stay.

we had an issue with the room setup. but the pool was awesome and so spacious for the kids. the staff was super helpful with our requests. loved the bar with local brews! !

great hospitality but some room issues

On top of this, I found the location incredibly convenient for exploring the area, making it easy for my family to travel around.
